Description: Envision Unlimited is a large non-profit agency committed to providing services for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or mental illness. Our programs include, but are not limited to, ABA Therapy for Children, Community Day Program, Community Living, Mental Health, Employment and Career Services, and Foster Care.Purpose:To perform basic general repair and building maintenance in residential homes and other day program facilities. Essential Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:Assessment of repair requirements including cost estimate and time to complete.Simple carpentry requiring use of hand tools.Exterior maintenance and occasional landscaping work.Drywall repair/patching, priming and painting.Furniture moving, changing light bulbs, cleaning and proper storage of maintenance tools.
