Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Customer Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first line IT technical support for account administration,
software distribution, and troubleshooting
Monitor and manage high traffic ticket queues to meet defined
service levels
Document and escalate issues as necessary while collaborating with
peers and lower-skilled employees
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Must be a US Citizen
Work toward Help Desk Institute Customer Support certification
Work toward Dell Certification
Work toward MCSA (Current Windows Desktop Version) Certification
desired
ITIL 4 Foundation Certification within the first 12 months of
employment desired
