Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Analyst to join their
relationship-focused client service team.
Key Responsibilities
Collect data from insurance carriers, payrolls, and other HR
platforms
Answer incoming client calls and emails, and complete Help Desk
inquiries
Manage day-to-day tasks for active client accounts while keeping
documentation up to date
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Comfortable working with numbers
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Wrike) and
client management software (e.g., Hubspot)
Organized and detail-oriented
Industry knowledge in human resources, benefits, and/or software is
a plus
