In addition to highly competitive salaries, we offer a bonus

$130,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive
benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). PRIMARY PURPOSE OF
POSITIONResponsible for the planning, direction, assignment, and
coordination of Rotating Steam / Gas Turbine Generator Component
and Auxiliaries Outage Execution to support safe, reliable, and
efficient outage activities consistent with Constellation Energy
goals. Always enforce safety, procedure use and adherence, Human
Performance fundamentals, Technical Human Performance techniques
and provide coaching and mentoring as necessary to achieve
continuous improvement.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Four Year Engineering Degree or technical
discipline with five years industry experience or Non-technical
Four-year degree or associate degree with seven years of industry
experience or In lieu of degree, minimum nine years of industry
experience Ability to obtain Nuclear Unescorted Access PREFERRED
QUALIFICATIONSOriginal Equipment Manufacturer ( OEM) training as
applies to discipline in reactor, turbine, or steam generator
projects
