Job Description:
A company is looking for a Correction Processing Analyst
responsible for performing correction and operational support
functions in a retirement plan environment.
Key Responsibilities
Research, resolve, and prevent errors in collaboration with
Customer Research & Resolution and Employee Education/Training
Teams
Monitor and process incoming correction requests and retirement
account corrections within strict timeframes
Manage escalated requests and communicate corrective actions to
internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-2 years' experience in retirement plans or the finance industry
required
Experience with TSM and Salesforce preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality in a
high-pressure environment
