Job Description:
A company is looking for an Epic System Management Analyst -
Cadence MyChart Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between IT teams and the Epic Team to implement
and coordinate technical projects
Monitor the ticket queue and collaborate with team members to
resolve reported issues
Attend strategic initiative meetings to provide subject matter
expertise and guidance
Required Qualifications:
Epic Certification (MyChart/Cadence)
3+ years of programming and/or analytical experience with Epic
Legally authorized to work in the US without any restrictions
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
Additional Epic certifications (Reporting Workbench, Dashboards,
Slicer/Dicer) are a plus
