Job Description:
A company is looking for an Epic Business Intelligence Analyst
to create innovative enterprise business intelligence tools for
healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with stakeholders to determine business intelligence needs and
translate them into technical specifications
Design, develop, test, and maintain data solutions while managing
internal testing and external data validation efforts
Lead training sessions on BI tools and support the development of
business unit data and IT solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
Seven years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, Business
Intelligence, or Applications Support in a healthcare setting
Two years of experience with Epic clinical environments, healthcare
operations, and/or revenue cycle
Proficiency in Epic, Microsoft, SAP, Tableau, and Agile/Scrum
methodologies
Ability to obtain multiple Epic Certificate Training Statuses
within 120 days of hire
