Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Analyst to join our
team in Milwaukee, WI (South Harbor District). This position is
responsible for analyzing large and complex datasets to generate
insights and recommendations that support strategic HR decisions.
The role involves enabling or deploying predictive models and
collaborating with HR business partners, analysts, and other
stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions that
enhance the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
This position is not eligible for remote work now or in the future,
and temporary relocation to the Milwaukee area is not
available.
Key Job Responsibilities
-Collaborate with HR business partners, analysts, and other
stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements
in HR processes and programs.
-Build predictive models for critical HR functions, such as
employee attrition, workforce planning, and talent acquisition
strategies to forecast hiring needs, skill gaps, and workforce
growth based on business objectives.
-Apply machine learning and advanced statistical techniques to
solve complex HR challenges.
-Analyze large, complex datasets related to HR, such as employee
demographics, performance, compensation, and engagement data.
-Develop predictive models to identify trends and patterns,
forecast outcomes, and inform HR decisions.
-Design and implement experiments to test the effectiveness of HR
initiatives and programs.
-Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights
and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
-Stay up to date on the latest developments in data science, HR
analytics, and technology, and leverage this knowledge to drive
innovation and continuous improvement in HR.
-Lead data science projects from conception to deployment, ensuring
timely and successful completion.
-Mentor junior data analyst, providing guidance and expertise to
enhance their skills and knowledge.
-Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness in all analyses
and reports.
-Work with IT and HRIS teams to ensure seamless integration of
analytics tools into HR systems.
-Work with IT and other stakeholders to ensure the security,
privacy, and compliance of HR data and analytics.
Qualifications/Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science,
or related field. Master's degree preferred.
-3+ years of experience in data analysis, modeling, and
visualization. Experience in HR analytics preferred.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
think critically and creatively about complex business
problems.
-Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling techniques, such
as regression analysis, machine learning, and data mining.
-Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
-Expertise in data visualization, creation of creative
presentations and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
-Strong programming skills in languages such as Python
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and
persuasively communicate complex data insights to non-technical
audiences.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to manage
multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
-Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices, and their
impact on business outcomes.
