Maintenance Technician Mechanic Electrician Beverage Bottling Water Filtering Mixers Blenders Carbonators Automated Bottle Fillers Cappers Labelers Boxers PLCs HMIs Motors Rotary & Linear Motion Componenets Hydraulics Pneumatics _ .

Seeking experienced maintenance technician with knowledge of machinery used in beverage bottling processes.

Shall:

*** Use precision inspection equipment and instruments including micrometers, calipers, indicators and microscopes to verify correct part and tool placement in machines.

*** Perform regular maintenance on automated filling, capping, labeling, boxing and palletizing equipment.

*** Provide PLC programming and troubleshooting experience for machinery.

*** Tune, troubleshoot and repair robotic pick and place systems.

*** Inspect and maintain electrical servo motors and hydraulic pressure systems.

*** Beverage Carton & Box Form Fill & Seal Lines

*** PET Bottles Air Conveyors

*** Bottle Washers

*** Aeseptic Liquid Fillers

--- Hot Melt

--- Pressure Sensitive;

*** Sleevers

*** Autonomous Inspection Units

MACHINE COMPONENTS & SUB SYSTEMS:

*** Multi-Axis Linear and Rotary Motion Mechanisms

*** Programmable Logic Controllers - PLCs

*** Human Machine Interfaces - HMIs

*** Digital Displays

*** Actuators

*** Sensors

*** Machine Vision Systems

*** Laser Scanners & Readers

*** Printers

*** High speed motors

*** Servos

*** Gearboxes, Rollers, Bearings, etc.

*** Variable Speed Drives & Frequency Controllers VFD

*** Cooling Systems

*** Hydraulic Systems

*** Pneumatic Systems

*** Electrical Systems and Power Supplies

Requirements:

*** Ability to use hand and power tools effectively to perform key repairs on equipment.

*** HS Diploma or GED.

*** Strong mechanical capabilities, experience working on hydraulic, pneumatic or electrical systems preferred.
