What are you going to do?
TOM shipment creation & enrichment (CSL creates orders in LINK so
we can't use TOM templates)
Booking request via CW1
Receive, review and eDoc BC from SSL
Autorate sell rates and input expected costs
Suggest loading date and time to Customer; get their confirmation
for load date & time via email
Update spreadsheet for CSL CT with loading date, shipment number,
booking number, vessel name, ETD & ETA
Create inland B/L and send to loading location
Create TB and use as part of dispatch to trucker; confirm
receipt
Request empty reefer equipment via email 3 business day prior to
pulling of the empty; confirm SSL actions request
Follow-up to ensure empty is pulled on day required
Confirm loading happens as scheduled
Follow-up to ensure receipt of pictures of loaded container number
and container seal; add to eDocs & enter in CW1
Receive ITN via email; enter in eDocs & CW1
Receive export documents; add to eDocs and enrich CW1 file
Receive TIVE details via email; add to eDocs
Create "shipment" in TIVE system, creating door to port, port to
port and port to door legs of transport
Copy link to TIVE shipment specific tracking and add to Internal
Work Notes in CW1
Share link with CSL and/or CSL CT
Complete cumbersome (time consuming and not part of a usual pharma
export ocean shipment) COO in CW1
Send VGM and Shipping Instructions
Send email pre-alert with sailing details, container number,
booking number, etc., (established format with a lot of details) to
the SSL contacts at the port of departure
Follow-up to obtain MBL draft
Email drafts (HBL, MBL, COO) to CSL CT so they can send to CSL
contacts to get approval
Follow-up to obtain freight invoice from SSL; add to eDocs and
enrich CW1 Consol
Follow-up to obtain container detention invoice form SSL; add to
eDocs and enrich CW1 Consol and Shipment Billing tab
Follow-up to get approval of drafts; add email confirmation to
eDocs
Print and prepare COO (stamps, signatures, etc.)
Send COO via FedEx to consignee
Accrue FedEx charges in CW1; add tracking details to Internal Work
Notes in CW1
Invoice shipment
Track to confirm departure; update Customer if there are any
significant delays
Follow-up to obtain unrated copy of MBL; added to eDocs
Send "pre-alert" via CW1 once final MBL is added to eDocs
Track shipment to confirm discharged at final destination port

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to
three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short
correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small
group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the
organization.
