We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, assisting in new business opportunities and promoting products or services to clients.

Responsibilities

Maintain open communication with assigned accounts to assist with sales of services and provide customer service as needed
Assist Sales Team by generating leads through various strategies and maintain a strong and organized information log
Effectively communicate and maintain up to date knowledge regarding product and services offered by company
Maintaining knowledge of current and upcoming industry regulations
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Perform sales calls as required to achieve performance metric goals in accordance to company guidelines and managements direction
Participate and attend in meetings and trade shows as needed
Deliver Key Performance Indicators to drive individual and team results
Prepare and analyze reporting as needed by management
Operate company systems and resources provided by management
Assist Sales Executives in sales process as required along with collaborating with various divisions and departments to obtain sales goals
Build trust and rapport with existing and potential clients
Identify, qualify, and assess client needs to determine suitable products and services

Requirements

1-2 yeas of previous experience in sales/customer service or related field
Excellent communication and account management skills
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word
Ability to potentially travel to trade shows and clients may be needed
