Field Sales Territory Senior Consultant is responsible for
soliciting new business from agents and maintaining current
business levels by meeting territory volume and profit objectives,
while maintaining and growing a relationship between National
General Insurance, potential agents, current agents, and internal
customers.Key Responsibilities* Achievesagreed upon new business
production, direct written premium, loss ratio goals, and other
KPIson an annual basisby effectively managing theagents of an
assigned territory* Increasesthe percentage of producing agents
within the territory through additional trainingand process
improvements* Recommendsagencies to participate in profit-sharing,
rewards, and special incentives programs, andother agency sales
initiatives* Solicits new agencies, evaluatestheir potential to
write quality new business, and recommendsqualified new agencies
for appointment to theRegional Sales Managers and/or Sales Vice
PresidentsEducation* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)Experience*
3 or more years of experience (Preferred)Supervisory
