want to hear from you.Job Summary: The Senior Field Sales
Representative (FSR) sells home infusion therapy services to
physicians for their patients in assigned territory. This position
requires a high degree of sales ability, clinical knowledge,
communication skills, self-motivation, time management, and
flexibility.Job Responsibilities:--- Meet or exceed monthly new
business start goals--- Develop, execute and sustain effective
strategies for growing market share--- Identify key decision makers
within customer accounts and establish strong relationships with
those individuals--- Understand reimbursement issues and
effectively negotiate contracts to ensure profitability--- Work
closely with branch staff on all aspects of service delivery
including billing, equipment maintenance, and compliance---
Participate in internal training programs designed to improve
productivity and sales effectiveness--- Attend industry conferences
and participates in trade show events as directed by
managementQualifications:--- Bachelor's Degree preferred; will
consider Associate Degree with equivalent experience--- Minimum of
two years outside sales experience--- Proven track record of
meeting or exceeding sales quota--- Strong knowledge of managed
care principles and third party reimbursement processes---
Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of disease
states treated by home infusion therapy--- Ability to work
independently and manage multiple priorities--- Excellent verbal
and written communication skills--- Effective negotiation skills---
Proficient in Microsoft Office productsWe are proud to offer a

aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be
compliant with any applicable regulations. -In addition to base
pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term

Pay Range for this position:$125,400 - $209,000Total Target Cash
(TTC) is defined as base pay plus target incentive.McKesson is an
