Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic project plans in collaboration with design
leadership and stakeholders
Execute design programs, ensuring deadlines are met and tracking
progress against milestones
Manage cross-functional collaboration and streamline processes to
enhance stakeholder engagement
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in product design program management or
equivalent
Proficient in JIRA and other project management software
SCRUM, Agile, or PMP certifications are preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in managing design programs across
multiple product surfaces
Experience in advocating for customer needs within the product
development process
