Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager. This role is with a insurance company onsite in Milwaukee, WI. This is a 8+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:
--- Independently leads highly complex programs/project/support assignments and/or participates in cross-departmental projects with responsibility for managing scope, risk, business value, and schedule
--- Identifies and solves a range of problems for a variety of situations
--- Analyzes possible solutions and assesses each using standard procedures, developing a recommended approach
--- Conducts independent analysis to identify the scope and nature of a business and/or system problem
--- Responsible for accomplishing the stated project objectives through key project management responsibilities that include building the project requirements and managing/balancing resource constraints and relationships
--- Responsible for developing, maintaining, and revising project deliverables
--- Responsible for gathering and delivering metrics as required by the project
--- Understands the key business drivers as they relate to the programs/projects
--- Adapts to the various internal procedures and forms close links with the business partner representatives, ensuring that we deliver on our goals and clearly articulate our progress, challenges, and milestones
--- Gathers and delivers day-to-day progress of a project as it relates to managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality to support project management decisions and compliance with company-approved methodology and required deliverables
--- Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary


Qualifications/Requirements
--- Advanced Communication and organization skills
--- Technical Insight: While you don't need to be a software developer, understanding the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) will be invaluable in managing this technical program
--- Exceptional Organization: If you're someone who takes pride in staying organized and can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat, you'll excel here
--- Strong Relationship Builder: Building and maintaining professional relationships will be key. Your ability to connect with others will help drive the program forward
--- Proactive Task Management: You'll need to stay on top of numerous tasks and actively follow up with team members. If you're someone who can juggle priorities and isn't afraid to chase people down when needed, this role is for you
--- Natural Problem Solver: We're looking for someone who doesn't just wait for problems to come their way-they seek them out and find solutions
--- Vendor Management Experience: Experience working with offshore vendors is crucial. This will help you set clear expectations and ensure we get the best from our vendor partners
--- Comfort with Ambiguity: If you enjoy bringing structure to unclear situations and can thrive in an environment with some level of uncertainty, you'll find this role rewarding
