The pay range for this position is an hourly rate of $21.75 to $23.00 and is also eligible to earn overtime.

      The Banquet Cook position requires good communication and culinary skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least two years of previous line or relevant cooking experience. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling. Background in banquet and catering setting is also a plus. The banquet line cook must have a flexible schedule, as events take place in both the AM and PM. The banquet cook should also be comfortable prepping and assisting the chef team with events such as plate ups, buffets, and weddings.
