RPG Developer / AS/400 Developer with Synon

• Perform Impact Analysis and prepare/understand Functional Specifications.
• Digest Tech Specs and quickly develop good quality AS400 modules in a multi-tech team environment.
• Work on a Global Delivery Model and communicate, track & work with offshore teams.
• Utilize COBOL, Synon, and RPG.
• Experience in Health Care is a plus.
• Experience with RxClaim Adjudication is a significant plus.Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:
• AS400
• Synon experience
• SQL
• Good Analytical skills
• RxClaim KnowledgeRoles and Responsibilities:
• Participate in all aspects of software development including definition, design, implementation, testing, delivery, etc.
• Analyze, design, and develop software modules for targeted application domains.
• Enhance, modify, and correct existing software modules.
• Contribute to planning and estimation activities.Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:

• Interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills
• Ability to interact with Business and IT stakeholdersMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
