Developer with 5+ years of experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Impact Analysis and prepare/understand Functional
Specifications.
- Digest Tech Specs and quickly develop good quality AS400
modules in a multi-tech team environment.
- Work on a Global Delivery Model and communicate, track & work
with offshore teams.
- Utilize COBOL, Synon, and RPG.
- Experience in Health Care is a plus.
- Experience with RxClaim Adjudication is a significant
plus.Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:
- AS400
- Synon experience
- SQL
- Good Analytical skills
- RxClaim KnowledgeRoles and Responsibilities:
- Participate in all aspects of software development including
definition, design, implementation, testing, delivery, etc.
- Analyze, design, and develop software modules for targeted
application domains.
- Enhance, modify, and correct existing software modules.
- Contribute to planning and estimation activities.Desirable
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Good Communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills
- Ability to interact with Business and IT stakeholdersMinimum
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required
from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of
progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of
education.
