Job Description:
A company is looking for a Biztalk Consultant, a subject matter
expert in SaaS operations for their Operations Managed Service
team.
Key Responsibilities
Administer enterprise SaaS applications including Google Workspace,
Slack, Zoom, and Box
Independently manage SSO integrations and review existing runbooks
for improvements
Triage and resolve operational requests while escalating issues to
the appropriate teams
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with SaaS
administration at scale
Ability to operate in US time zones and work independently
Experience in customer service and interacting with non-technical
users and vendors
Self-motivated and quality-driven with a professional work
ethic
Mid-senior level experience in Information Technology
