Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contested Litigation Foreclosure
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the discovery process and ensure proper handling of
confidential information
Facilitate case settlements and collaborate with servicing business
units for optimal outcomes
Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with policies
during contested foreclosure actions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, or State Certified
Paralegal
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the Banking and/or
Mortgage industries
Two (2) years of Foreclosure experience
Notary Public certification preferred
Prior management or leadership experience desired
